A Room In The Park is a truly special place to escape to, relax, recharge and unwind on this stunningly beautiful part of the North Norfolk coast.

A Room in the Park is available to rent for short mid week breaks, weekends or on a weekly basis throughout the year. The barn is situated in the garden of Johanna and Christopher’s home – East Lodge – but despite its close proximity, you can be assured of privacy, but will always be welcome to join them and Molly (their Jack Russell) for a drink on the terrace or a BBQ on warm summer evenings!

You can be guaranteed of a warm welcome by the owners who will be able to point you in the direction of the best walks, local eateries and bars and are happy to share their intimate knowledge of the locality with guests, to ensure your stay is a memorable one.

Every effort has been made to retain all the character of the original building which dates from 1873. The beams and trusses have been exposed and a solid wood floor and wood burning stove have been installed along with modern day comforts such as flat screen Freeview TV and DVD player.

Beautifully and eclectically furnished, the emphasis has been placed on comfort with a super king size bed providing the option to have 2 good sized single beds if preferred, cotton sheets, soft towels and cosy bathrobes along with a range of luxurious guest toiletries.

Fresh bread, butter, a selection of local jams and muesli are provided for breakfast and you will also find a selection of teas, ground and instant coffee and biscuits along with kettle, toaster, cafeteire,, glasses, cups, plates, cutlery and a small fridge with fresh milk, bottled water, local fresh apple juice and enough space to chill your own wine!
